Tim Chapman is the Founder and CEO of TangoAlpha3.
Under Tim’s leadership, TA3 is the evolution and successor to NorCal Staffing Group which was established in Silicon Valley in 2015. Created to streamline the talent acquisition process and emphasize the value of the contingent workforce on the individual level, NCSG employed innovative technology solutions that enabled a higher degree of interaction between the candidate/employee and staffing firm resulting in an elevated engagement model, location agnostic deployment process and quicker time to fill periods for clients. TA3 is a culmination of years of experience in delivering talent acquisition services in three primary strategies: Traditional Staffing, Managed Services and Recruitment Process Outsourcing.
Tim began his career as a recruiter in 1997 and prior to starting NorCal Staffing Group served as an executive in the talent acquisition industry since 2009. He has managed teams supporting all functions within the staffing/recruiting industry and led successful programs creating exponential growth and employee satisfaction.
In his spare time, Tim enjoys tennis, golfing, fishing, and spending time with his wife, Mary, and their sons, Jack and Michael in Austin, TX.
Tim attended the University of Houston where he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics and is a veteran of the US Army.
Drew McDanald is Managing Partner and President of TangoAlpha3.
Drew joined NorCal Staffing Group in the summer of 2016 and was named President a year later. Drew has led TA3‘s entry into federal talent acquisition and runs both Business Development and Service Delivery. His core achievement is the implementation of an agile talent acquisition system that allows TA3 to deliver cleared IT human capital across geographically dispersed enterprises in a timely and cost effective fashion.
Drew began his career as a recruiter in 1998 and has led Federal Business Development efforts for some of the world’s oldest and largest staffing companies, as well championed numerous programs to assist veterans in their transition into civilian careers.
In his spare time, Drew enjoys golfing, reading and spending time with his wife, Katie, their son, Ben, and twin daughters Abby and Courtney. Drew is also an avid Astros fan.
Drew attended the Southwestern University where he earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Philosophy.
