Enterprise IT Programs
At the edge of the western world, in Hawaii, we have openings for a Network Architect, Project Manager, Property & Asset Manager and AV/VTC Programmer in support of USPACOM’s G6.
In the Continental United States we have a half-dozen immediate openings on the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Network Engineers and Specialists (NE&S) program, which (among other things) sustains the DoD and VA’s network enclave for sharing medical records. This contract supports over 100+ DHA medical treatment facilities world wide and we almost always have openings somewhere…it’s just a matter of what is open when. To learn more about this program and how to apply you can check out this pdf.
In the middle of the country (Cincinnati, OH to be specific)–supporting a tech refresh of one of the largest military aerospace environments in the world–we have a half-dozen openings for systems and network administrators. And if you find an IT role in aerospace interesting, but are not interested in Ohio, please check out these openings (in CA, TX, and GA).
In Aurora, Colorado (a western suburb of Denver) we have multiple openings supporting a large customer who builds world-class satellite ground systems and counters national security threats through cyber solutions. We are recruiting a wide range of infrastructure skill sets to staff open jobs in support of this customer’s federal engagements. A full list of openings in CO can be found here.
On the East Coast we have ongoing openings based in and around Fort Meade (MD) supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) DoDNet program, a critical DoD initiative associated with the consolidation of its Information Technology networks. Currently supports approximately 15,00 seats, but will be 500,000 seats in 5 years. Involves sustaining existing operations while standing up and migrating to a new environment…awesome opportunity for those looking for true engineering opportunities. We currently have requirements for Network Engineers, Architects, Systems Administrators and a host of other openings associated with sustaining existing operations while building out and migrating to new environments.
Military Veteran Recruiting Programs
In addition to supporting enterprise IT environments, TangoAlpha3, as part of its VetRaaS offering, helps private sector organizations run military veteran recruiting programs. Most of the openings associated with these initiatives are electromechanical in nature, helping enterprises leverage the unique skills veterans gain maintaining and repairing the military’s countless technological assets within a scalable framework that can be continuously improved. HVAC, welding, electronics, home maintenance, IT and more! Some opportunities include signing bonuses and free lodging. We have openings across the country, with companies willing to train.
Moreover, for transitioning service members whose military occupation is in Information Technology, we have developed an initiative that allows you to interview prior to your military separation and be preapproved to support NE&S, the global DHA LAN/WAN sustainment program mentioned above (in the second paragraph). If you are active duty, but will be transitioning into civilian life within the next 6-9 months or so, please apply for the program here….
You can check out all of our openings on our careers site…and/or please reach out to aspen@tangoalpha3.com (Aspen Whitlock; Enterprise IT) or kristen@tangoalpha3.com (Kristen Williams; Military Veteran Recruiting Programs) if you have any interest in learning more!
