A Message From Our Founder
As a veteran-owned/veteran-centric talent acquisition firm, we spend much of the year working with the servicemen and women who have come to the end of their enlistment in our great nation’s military and are poised to enter the workforce as they embark on their “civilian” careers. The men, women and their families who have made a deliberate choice to stand in defense of our ability to live in an open and free democracy deserve every bit of our thanks, recognition, and support. The fact that we, as a company, have made it our mission to promote the value, expertise and well-being of our veterans is an absolute honor.
As we close out 2020, we at TA3 do so with mixed emotions. It has been a challenging year, to say the least. In almost every sense, the pre-pandemic world has been completely re-engineered and the irrevocable losses suffered by too many will bear scars for years to come. Our thoughts and prayers to those who have lost someone are endless. May our attempts to heal and soothe be driven by perspective, compassion and service.
TA3 will remember 2020 as a launching point. Even though we were established in 2015, our vision of “who we want to be” materialized in both philosophy and practice. With deep roots in staffing and recruiting, TA3’s super-power has always been our ability to identify and hire the best people for any job. The ability to take on any project and deliver with competence creates a standard of performance that is highly valued and is a good reason why TA3 is increasingly in the conversation when companies are seeking a partner that can help in the acquisition of key personnel. While expanding our work with the Defense Health Agency, TA3’s portfolio added the Veteran Administration’s Transition Assistance Program, as well as, the Army’s MEPCOM (Military Entrance Processing Command) and the AFMRA (Air Force Medical Readiness Command) in 2020.
Of course, our trajectory this year is no accident. In adding Landry Hand and Shanti Smith to the team at the close of last year, as well as Aspen Whitlock this year, Drew and I secured an Operations Specialist, Sr. Recruiting Specialist and Account Manager, respectively, who have raised our performance levels in all facets of our organization. TA3 has built a solid team of professionals that are no less than elite at what they do, in my personal opinion.
The amazing work that all of our employees do on a daily basis, across the nation and for various agencies, ultimately deserves a lions share of the credit for our success. Our employee base has grown from 18 employees in January of 2020 to over 70, in 17 different states, by the end of 2020. I am looking forward to putting 2020 in the rear-view mirror and hitting the ground in full stride for 2021. We have a ton of work to do and people to help. My optimism has never been higher and my confidence in our abilities, never stronger.
