TangoAlpha3 is an approved CenturyLink vendor (#198789; legal name, as reflected in SPS, is NorCal Staffing Group Inc.) with whom it has both a fully executed Professional Services Agreement (PSA) and an IDIQ contract for support of SRL’s under CenturyLink’s GSA EIS contract.

As the government transitions from legacy telecommunication vehicles to Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS), TangoAlpha3 believes it is very well positioned to help CenturyLink deliver the holistic solutions the vehicle was intended to deliver. Likewise, I wanted to write a quick blog post to highlight TA3’s relevant expertise/experience so that CenturyLink’s EIS stakeholders can more easily ascertain our value.

EIS will be delivering a global platform of integrated IT and telecommunication solutions to government customers, the execution of which will often require (for site surveys, stage/configure/test, implementation and sustainment of SLA’s) specialized services related labor. TA3 is a SDVOSB whose foundation has been built upon our ability to simultaneously staff multiple sites across a broad geography with network, systems and IA specialists. Moreover, these engagements often necessitate TA’3 personnel have security clearances as well as the IA (Information Assurance) and CE (Computing Environment) certifications necessitated by DoD 8570 requirements.

Over the past three years alone TangoAlpha3 has staffed facilities at approximately 30 government facilities, across a very large geographical area (from Alaska to Florida, and 15 states in between), with skills directly relevant to EIS’s SRL requirements. We have also manned the Network Operations Centers that provide enterprise infrastructure fault isolation, major incident management, service restoral coordination and outage status reporting and post outage analysis.

Successfully staffing these engagements has required TA3 to develop a deep pipeline of individuals with clearances and required certifications that, in the aggregate, can help transform and sustain large dispersed and complex enterprises. A critical ingredient of this talent pool is transitioning veterans: adaptable, often up for an adventure, generally already have the required clearances, and sometimes come with important domain experience. TA3 has adopted innovative technologies and implemented processes that have enabled our lean team to develop, track, and successfully deliver human capital across the United States, outperforming much larger competitors.

In fact, we have developed a veteran centric methodology for staffing complex federal IT programs, and outlined our approach in a white paper we published earlier this year. Please download, review, and let us know what you think?

It is our objective to take our lean and agile model for delivering talent and apply to EIS, providing CenturyLink with a SDVOSB partner that can help them not only meet SB objectives but also provide a competitive advantage as it relates winning and execution. On mission. On budget. On demand.

Anyway, if you have stumbled upon this post and find our story compelling, or have any questions, please drop me a line at drew@tangoalpha3.com. We are excited to engage! -Drew
