The purpose of this short post is to quickly share our story within a context that you can quickly ascertain in which circumstances we would be a good staffing partner in the execution (or capture if pre-award) of Department of Justice (DOJ) contracts/task orders.
TangoAlpha3 (TA3) is a SDVOSB whose core competency is IT Infrastructure recruiting and over the past three years alone we have staffed around 30 federal sites with engineers to provide IT support services. Given the amount of IT infrastructure in various facilities the DOJ has spread across the United States–and the skills and clearances required to support–we feel our experience could be a great fit for the more complex ITSS programs.
TA3 has great quals as it relates to staffing multi-site IT engagements (planning, implementation, sustainment and IA) across a very large geographical area (from Alaska to Florida, and 15 states in between) with personnel that have the necessary clearances and certifications. In the course of our experience TangoAlpha3 has developed a veteran centric methodology for successfully staffing complex federal IT programs, and published a white paper earlier this year that outlines our approach (please download, read and let us know what you think…?).
We have flexible right to hire terms + experience acting as both a post-award staffing vendor and a teammate/subcontractor. For that matter, even if it is just one position in a location that has been difficult to fill, we welcome the opportunity to prove ourselves.
Anyway, if you are a DOJ prime and find yourself reading this + you find our story resonates with you, please drop me a line at drew@tangoalpha3.com. I would love to chat. -Drew
