We bring you a short blog post with some thoughts regarding why TangoAlpha3 (TA3) could be a great CIO-SP3 staffing partner and—potentially– CIO-SP4 teammate, especially as it relates to requirements associated with Task Areas 1 & 5. With Alliant 2 Small Business bogged down in protest, CIO-SP3 is the go-to best-in-class vehicle for IT services for buyers across Defense and civilian agencies to engage small business. And it is TA3’s hope to make the case that we be your go-to CIO-SP3 staffing partner for executing against large, complex requirements associated with IT Infrastructure transformation and/or sustainment.
TA3 is a SDVOSB whose core competency is IT Infrastructure recruiting and over the past three years we have provided network sustatinment support to almost 30 Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF’s) with the Military Health System (MHS). Likewise, we not only have significant experience providing IT support in clinical environments, but simultaneously staffing teams to support numerous dispersed sites across a very large geographical area (From Alaska to Florida, and 15 states in between). In fact, we published a white paper regarding our veteran centric approach to staffing large federal IT programs.
Our credentials include being a leading staffing provider of the implementation and sustainment of the integrated VA and DoD Medical Community of Interest (MedCOI) Virtual Private Network (VPN). Furthermore, as a subcontractor on the Defense Health Agency’s Network Engineering and Specialist (NE&S) Program, we are responsible for managing LAN/WAN sustainment of MTF’s in CA, TX, AL and VA.
TangoAlpha3 has flexible right to hire terms and have experience acting as both a post award staffing vendor and a teammate/subcontractor. If you are a CIO-SP3 prime—even if it’s just one position in a location that has been difficult to fill — we would appreciate the opportunity to prove ourselves.
