The purpose of this short post is to quickly share our story within a context that you can quickly ascertain in which circumstances TangoAlpha3 would be a good staffing partner in the execution (or capture if pre-award) of ITES-3S task orders.
We are a SDVOSB whose core competency is IT Infrastructure recruiting and over the past three years alone we have staffed around 30 military installations with engineer to provide IT support services, to include more than 15 different states (from Alaska to Florida, and 15 states in between).
So TangoAlpha3 has developed strong quals as it relates to staffing IT engagements across a very large geographical area with personnel that have security clearances and the necessary 8570 IAT and CE certifications…and–in the course of this work–we refined a veteran centric methodology for staffing complex DoD IT Programs, which we outlined in a white paper we published earlier this year.
We have flexible right to hire terms when supporting engagements as a staffing vendor + can be creative regarding workshare arrangements when we are a teammate and subcontractor. For that matter, even if it’s just one position in a location that has been difficult to fill & its in our niche, we welcome the opportunity to prove ourselves.
