TA3 refers to staffing challenges like this as Logistically Complex Requirements (LCR’s), and have found these are the conditions where our approach adds the most differential value.

  • Security Clearance requirements
  • 8570 Certification requirements

When a Program’s requirements are dispersed across large geographies, the flexibility of the talent becomes almost as critical as an individual’s technical skill set. For example if you have openings in North Dakota, Alaska, and Idaho, you will quickly exhaust qualified and available civilian options in the existing communities. Transitioning veterans are often open to an adventure, and a strong veteran pipeline will contain many that are open to an adventure, have the required security clearances, training, experience, and certifications. In many cases the civilian populations surrounding facilities will not have either the experience, the clearances, or the certifications the program requires, much less all three.
